How to evolve feebas in white 2

Anyone here know how make the ugly Feebas evolve without making a grade? The other way is to max its beauty but I cant tell, what or where in Pokemon-white I can achieve it.

Also, do they have a global trade center like they did in pokemon soul silver.

That way I can just leave something and have a random person trade it.


Sorry, I didn't beat the entire game yet, I just beat the elite four and now trying to find all 7 sages.

They changed the way Feebas evolves because contest stats were taken out in black and white.

There is no Beauty stat to max out anymore, so they had to come up with a new way to evolve Feebas, hence the Prism Scale trade thing.
